Another "What Is It?" Reamer Maybe?

:dunno:Okay all you smart folks. This is a K-D Tools part number 2002 also marked 60-94 on the inside the underside circle and 65-67 on the outer topside circle. It looks like some type of hand held reamer. It appears to have one "blade" measuring 1-3/4"High x 1/2"Wide x 1/8" Thick and the "blade" on the opposite side is missing.:confused:

It looks like a tool for recutting the top counterbore (recess) in the engine block for a cylinder sleeve. It would cut a flat bottom in the counterbore and you would add shims to get the correct protrusion of the cylinder sleeve for clamping by the cylinder head. Are the register diameters on each end different? If so, it might fit more than one engine model.

To me that thing has plumber written on it. Maybe a ridge reamer/deburring tool for pipes.
