My uncle had his own shop for decades, starting in the 1920's working for his father, then later it was his up until the 70's. He passed away a while back and I've been helping my cousin clean out his old house which is full of stuff from when he closed his shop in the early 70's

So, they were in a cigar box marked "special tools" along with some taps and dies and some other odds and ends.

So, anyone have any idea what these might have been used for? The scrapers (I assume that's what they are) look like they were for some specific task but I have no idea what. They're too big for ring land scrapers, and besides he had a very nice special made tool set for that. There are marks on the shaft that make it look like they have been clamped in a vise too

The tube thing with the end ground slightly is also threaded internally 10-32. Maybe something used on automatic transmissions?

also, no clue what the threaded spacers might have been for? They're just hollow tubes, maybe 5/16" internal?

Trying to decide if there's any reason to keep or even try to sell them?

I don't think so.....they seem too small for that. The shafts are about 1/8" diameter. Like I said, it looks like there are vise jaw marks on the sides, like they've been clamped and then used......not sure how?

It doesn't look like they were home made (shop made? :) ) but again, I'm not sure.
