Found this wrench n a coffee can with a bunch of bits for a brace. Open end measures 15/16 box end is 5/8. Pivoting driver is square. Best I can make out numbers is 84 8456.

Looks like a tool for some sort of power tool. The prefix 84 is the "division" number for Montgomery Wards tools. The 8456 would be towards the end of the tool grouping and might be an indication of the type of tool. Don't know anymore, too many years ago.
