This was in the box of wrenches I bought. No markings that I can see. Anyone have an idea of what it was used for?

Similar to a tank/regulator wrench for welding gas/oxy-acetylene bottles. Kind of looks like it lacks a bigger open end size though.....

Check to see if it is equal to any Maytag wrenches. Generics existed the Maytag washer was very popular.

I see 2 hex nut shaped holes but the other 4 don't appear to be fully formed. Their back surfaces look circular instead of fasceted.

Those are for the nuts after you round them off using the other end.

None of my open ended wrenches are faceted, including Craftsman, Proto and SO.

Correct-2 hex openings and the others are rounded.
