Another what is it?

My wife is opening a business in a building that was a Chevrolet dealer from the late 40’s or early 50’s until 2007. I was looking around in the attic and found this. I have no idea what it could be. I’m sure someone here will. I’ve included pics of some cool old posters I found too.

Total guess, but it reminds of a coolant gauge. I've seen battery acid gauges that look similar too.
