Another What Is It?

It's some type of right angle clamp. The thumb screws are brass or bronze (non-magnetic)
The body is magnetic.
The only markings are what looks like 12P or 128 or??? but that is hard to read.
I've seen something similar, but I can't remember what it is.
Any Help?

It was in a box of tools, somebody repurposed it for something in their tool box.

Or to hold an air hose to blow chips off a drill press, so many options, if you can live with 90° angles
