What happens when you push the button on the thing on the right? What's the bulb shaped opposite end made of? If it's plastic my guess is it's a penlight.

It could be for a tether attachment. Soft rubber to not damage screen.

Thanks, all. Stylus for touch screen makes sense. It’s a hollow, empty tube with a soft, very flexible tip. I have no idea what the pedicure tool would be used for, but I have trimmed my own nails since I was probably around four years old

No one has ever called me Alex, plenty of other expletives. If ever my way and before noon a coffee works other wise a golden elixir. That would be the ticket. My buddy always says the “sun is over the yardarm somewhere” so we can include him pretty well anytime.
