Another..What The Hell Are These Tools For?

Found these in a bunch of tools given to me by an old friends wife after he passed away. I have no idea whatsoever they would be used for! Anybody know?

The orangish-red one is a grinder wheel dressing tool.

Air blow gun for a tire chuck, grinder wheel dresser, can't tell from the pic on the other item.

The red handled tool is a dresser for grinding wheels, pedestal grinders to be exact. Hard to tell what the other stuff is. Can you get some close up pics?
