Cleaning out a relatives garage full of car and truck parts and tools and came across this. Was getting dark so there maybe some additional parts to it still lingering in the garage. Looks like some type of puller where you slide the loose arm down to engage the hex head on the bolt then hammer on the arm ends. Looks like some kind of indents in the main casting to accept who knows what.

Casting has a makers mark that looks to be a B inside a pentagon. No other marks other than "made in the USA" and model numbers on each casting of 600 and 500.

So what do you think?

Looks like a puller that can be used as a 3-jaw or 2-jaw to me.

Hey Flyer. That’s a hub puller missing the legs.

Thanks guys !

Just checked fleabay and there are similar ones listed. Now I just need to be careful searching the dark corners of the garage for the legs, could easily get caught up in the rest of the stuff and get lost.

Definitely a hub puller. And like stated, missing the legs. The end piece you hit with a hammer

Yes it is a puller, what brand is it?

Richard, no brand on it but marks as noted above. Google search pulled up a Kaiser-Willys one that looks pretty much identical and some photo's of some Springfield ones look similar. Doubt Kaiser-Willys made there own though.
