I am mainly interested in the side box, but what can anyone tell me about value, size and what not about this box.

It's a local sale and I am curious to value mainly so I know if price is reasonable and age for the things such as roller slides, total square inches and what not.

Thanks!

my (uneducated) guess,
roller cab is mid 80's vintage,
side cab looks to be a 90's vintage

i'd have to want it really, really bad to pay over $300-$350

Seller is wanting 250 for the whole set up, but as stated, I am only interested in the side box. Unfortunately, getting info from this guy looks like it's going to be easier pulling hen's teeth.

Sidebox looks to be a little mac to me. I agree, 90's and maybe in the '00's a bit. Thinking that box may have been made by Beach. Would have been also offered as a huskey and maybe proto. Pretty much bet fricton slides. If I was in the market, I'd go as high as a $100 for the side alone, $250 for the whole thing sounds ok to me. Not great, but ok.

for $250 grab it, keep the side box, and sell the roller for $100-$150

you'll pay at least $100 for a used (truck brand) side box.
