It's a ratchet that works kinda like the gimmicky Sidewinder ratchet from a few years ago. You can use it like a regular ratchet or twist the handle to turn the drive end. That is if I read the patent documents correctly.
I did that this morning, I never even thought of that. It was the way its worded in the listing that its self adjusting that kind of threw me. I work with a couple of lads with these "roto ratchets" and they dont work for me. Thanks
