Any ideas what they are?

Typically used in a Superspacer or copycat. If you notice all the spacers have notches of which the quantity will evenly divide 24. In other words, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 notches.

Okay thats what I thought they were but there are no markings.

Any idea what brand? would like to pass them along to someone who can use them.
