I took this box in as a partial payment on a vehicle that I sold. I want to list it on Craigslist this weekend, but not sure what to ask. The box is nice but does have some paint chipped and scratches from general use. What should I ask for it?

I'd test the waters at a $1000. Being only 40", I don't know if you can get much more. That said it should still sell for then a new HF combo.

Personally, I'm not a fan of that combo, has a cheap box look to it IMHO. What are the model numbers? That would help to give it a more accurate assessment, and as Balane said, local market is a huge factor.

I think $1200 would be a bit high but I would start there. I'd take the $1000 that somebody offered and I'd try not to get less than $900.

I had that same bottom box in red and it was well used i sold if for $1000. Id say put it up for $1600 and take $1000-$1200 if its the highest offers u get.
