i got one for christmas, nice little unit, i'd say i can't wait to use it to jump something, but i think i'm ok on that front because that means something needed a jump.
useful as a battery backup for cell phones and such as well, but i'm wondering what everyone considers too cold or too hot for one?
the temperature in my truck where i was keeping it didn't seem to get too terriby cold. it was -3 the other night, and i was wondering how cold is too cold and will it ruin the battery? also, how hot is too hot and will it ruin the battery, typically stores in the center console/armrest area, so it's not too bad on temp fluctuations.
i don't store my cordless tool batteries in sub zero temps because i thought they would have a reduced life if you do that. is this true of all lithium ion batteries?
