Hi
Our Supratile tiles all have a pattern such as Textured, Coin or Diamond to reduce slippage.

Lets start by stating the obvious. When you take a plastic tile, add water or oil, it can get slick. The best garage floor tiles I have seen for traction would be RaceDeck Free Flow and TrueLock HD Ribbed, because water passes through and the surface stays clean and dry.

The HD Diamond double hash pattern does give good traction as well.

Historically speaking, especially as you look at PVC products, coefficient of friction (when wet) is more dependent on surface area in contact with the floor than the pattern itself . Your best option is to keep the floor dry by letting the water pass through.

PM me your name and address and we can send some samples for you to play with
