Well....at least he is honest about it's performance....my question...is it most likely because the seals are worn? Can it be rebuilt? Can it be a decent compressor?

i have on they are good disply piecesbut can be dangerous as they have no shut off. they will bulid pressure intill they blow the hose or something else

they are called consent pressure pumps and work by a controlled leakin the tank (the bottle in the center)
