Looks like a cool $10 lamp retrofit to me!

I'd probably give 100 bucks plus shipping for that.
I just don't want to be such a bother to the lister of the tool.
Others will come along without me asking such a favor.
If someone on GJ wants to pick it up, see that it isn't bent, I'll do the 100 bucks plus shipping if it can be made usable with just a cleanup and Babbitt.
No bent pieces.

Or I'll go one better and trade you blue point mm caliper set and snap on vise grips(I think there are four sizes in a roll up case) all new in the case and you pay shipping.
Or
A herbrand aqua handled upright ratchet in nice shape.

Hmmm.....yes, ducks, 'good catch'....... that one would be an elegantly easy restoration, if, indeed the spindle isn't bent or any castings cracked.....but I would doubt that it has any Babbitt to re-do.
