That should be a fun project, and will look absolutely gorgeous when restored. I restored a Bennett 756 about 10 years ago. Most restorers gut the insides to reduce weight. I cleaned up and restored the insides as well. It's heavy, but I can lift the pump lever and the pump will run. Pretty neat when all lit up. It's going back in the garage after I get the inside of the garage redone.
Good luck with your pump project. It's not all that important which brand you choose as many stations changed hands or were merged into other brands over the years. It looks like Flying A or Amoco would be the closest to the original (unless you find evidence of another brand under the paint). Otherwise, you could choose your favorite brand for the final restoration.
That pump would look super with NOS porcelain signs and a vintage globe on top.
