1900's Antique Octagonal Hardware Store Bolt and Screw Cabinet (North Wilmington)

I have this 1900's Antique Octagonal Hardware Store Bolt and Screw Cabinet to sell. I have done extensive research on this item. In its current condition with all of the original drawers and drawer pulls, it is worth $4,000.00 - $4,500.00. I would really like to sell this cabinet as I am moving and can't take it with me. The price is negotiable. All offers will be considered.

Looks nice but how do those draws work. Are they pie shaped drawers or narrow drawers with a big face?.

I have no idea it does not give that info or dimensions etc but they can be derived from other things in the pictures knobs, table saw , cinder block behind it etc. On a guess since it is old but probably mass manufactured they are square and just dead space between them in a pie shape. The center probably has dead space also but if I try to make it I would use the center dead space for threaded rod stock or metal stock of some kind.

All of the ones I've seen are pie shaped drawers. There's not much space in each drawer.

They are really cool and that one looks to be in great shape. I'm not sure his price estimate is accurate but I've never seen one with that bottom stand.

Make him an offer and see what happens.

I like how Deleware is small enough that there's only one craigslisting for the whole state.

And that piece IS tasty, but not four grand tasty.

That's neat, but not $4K neat. I'd think the market for that is very small, even more so at that price.

I know where one is, in a very old family hardware store. The drawers are pie shaped. Making one would be a nice woodworking project.

An antique store near me (S.Y. Wilson in Arlington TN) has one...not for sale though. The store was originally a hardware store...and is still in the same family. It's one of the store's original fixtures...

I see people asking that for them, but the ones I see selling are usually $1500-$2500. I think they mostly go to fake old stores in tourist areas. I've been trying to buy one for years. Made by American Bolt and Screw Case Co. The coolest ones have the bolt sizes embossed on each drawer.
