I believe that this is from the 1940's or early 1950's. It is a service station oil collection container by Lincoln. I recently drained out all of the old oil, and there might be a slight amount left. It is in very good condition for its age, and all original paint. I am selling it because I don't have a use for it any longer. If you feel that the price is too high, I will consider offers. I will also be listing it on Craigslist locally, so if you have any interest, please contact me quickly. I would rather that a Garage Journal member purchase it. Thanks Junkman
