Saved these two motors from going to scrap (just because I like old stuff). I need help with wiring them. Supposedly they worked when the guys grandfather stored them decades ago...help?

Delco 110v single phase....
the two lugs on the right are connected by a wire......

under model it starts with DP..dual phase?
top left lug says "L" top right says "TL"
