Antique Ratchet ID Needed

Picked this up yesterday, have no idea who made it. Thought it might be automotive.

Looks more like some sort of valve wrench seeing that it has a square drive.

Thats a type of valve wrench. Ive seen one made by Plomb that had the drive end was a fixed socket that was forged/pressed into the drive end of the ratchet wheel.

Instead of a "handwheel"?
