I have a lot of older deep 1/2" Proto and S&K sockets with hole for drive Bar. I have always been looking to get a round drive bar just to have but never seem to come across one. Does anyone know where to look for these or have a part number to help my search? Thanks

The 1954 Proto Catalog shows two tommy bars for 1/2" drive, calls them "pin handles"

(woohoo - 100 posts - now I can start selling my junk!)

Unfortunately they are a HTF item, many people don"t know what they are and may have tossed them thinking they where just scrap metal or a broken tool

Ok thanks for the help notlob and Sam. Now I know what they are called and can continue to search. Might end up making some from alloy round stock or turn down a couple of long extensions. Might never use them but you never know. Congrats on magical 100 posts notlob.
