Does anyone here know old bench grinders well enough to tell me what I have here? I’ve been trying for a long time to match it up to find parts but no luck yet. Small Brass tag on top is not readable but I can see the 1/2hp stamp and 3450 rpm. Bearing oil ports are unique. I have not seen grinders with these.

I wonder if those cups were added. I usually can tell by the eye shields or tool rests, but obviously that does not help here. The tag looks early craftsman-ish to me but the base doesn't really match up.

Looks like a vintage Stanley grinder and someone added oil holes for the bearings and using knurled plugs to cover them them?

Unfortunately, I think you SOL on adding parts. It looks like the bell casting for the motor also included the wheel covers that also hold the tool rests, they don't look removable and someone broke or partially cut off them off so you cant add covers or tool rests in the traditional way. Although I would not be surprised at all if the protective wheel covers are actually separate pieces screwed in and the seam is hidden under the paint?

You could add shop made tool rest mounted to the table or stand but including wheel covers may not happen.

Here's an old Walker Turner grinder I had with shop made tool rests on it.
