I have zero experience of the product.
But, visiting the site raises a number of red flags. The site is heavy on marketing ploys and weak on actual data. The developer appears to be the same person that markets Tufoil, an engine oil additive of dubious reputation (my opinion). They claim solvent free, but a glance at the MSDS shows the first ingredient as motor oil! Really? This seems to be just doctored up motor oil.
I am skeptical of its marketing. Someone published a serious rust control test here and I remember that plain 30wt engine oil was one of the better performers.
But, who knows. This stuff might actually work. Anything that excludes moisture and oxygen from steel will inhibit rust formation.
