I see lots of general mechanics, diesel techs, farm and plant, on here, but don't think I've seen any dedicated glass techs.

MG44 - yes, exactly. Basically any auto glass; windscreens (windshields for our North American friends ;), door glass, rear screens, etc

I'm not a glass tech but I work at a glass factory making flat plate glass for PPG (Pittsburgh Plate Glass). My job is to package & transport glass after it's been cut. The largest plate glass we cut at the factory is 130" x 204", and the thickest is 10mm.
