I've taken a hilti apart many times to clean and lube it. I was on my phone so couldn't see the picture that well but I knew it looked familiar. Could probably sell it on ebay fairly easy. They tend to break once in a while.

Cut off the "chamber" and you have one very hard center punch once you sharpen it. My welder and I use them in out Curv-o-Mark pipe punches after the originals wore out
