Nice. No collector or expert here, but that looks very similar to my late Dad's old box. Made by millwrights in house at the GM plants back in the day. Weighs a ton (almost). He used his as a hydraulic plumber from the mid 60's to his 2000 retirement. Roughly same design with the handle and wheels, and the color is close also. Had a nice old Wilton bolted on the rear that I moved to my workbench. Would be cool to restore. I keep saying I'm gonna do his, but just can't.
edit: quick search shows a huge Buick/Olds/Pontiac assembly plant in Wilmington, SC from '47-'09. So maybe???

If I had the room in the shop, I'd go look at it. Asking $100. I could go through it, paint it up, then sell my HF 5 drawer and use the old one instead.
