One of these bad boys...

http://www.mustee.com/utilitub/27.shtml

This is the same model Ive got in the basement. It has help up Extremely well, it is at least 15 years old, because its been here the whole time we have. Ill wash dirty parts in one side, spray cleaners in it, and if it gets dirty, I just scrub it real quick with a brillo pad and its nice and white again.

THe only thing Id worry about stainless is how scratchet it would get. The plastic ones do tend to hiide smaller scratches

Nah. Doesn't matter if it gets scratched. I'm going stainless.

Stainless would be nice, but It seems kinda expensive for a sink that spray dirty parts with engine degreaser and clean out Small engine gas tanks in.

I dont have any photos of my old one, but I bought it at a used restaurant supply store for about 100 bucks. It was a 72" by 36" double sink with a drain board.
Worked great.

I had Hot and cold piped into my garage when I had the house built, for the ever important garage sink. I am going to try to figure out a clean looking double hook-up, so that I can either use knobs to turn the water on an let it run as long as needed, as well as using something lilke these http://www.plumbingworld.com/images/fisher-2pedalfootvalvefloor-3170.jpg This is a foot activated lever that you would find in a hospital, automatically turns itself off. How many times have you had **** all over your hands and didnt want to touch the sink to turn it on?

Has anyone tried anything like this yet?

COOL SINK=

1. Whatever stainless sink fits your needs double, single, your call.

2. You need to see when washing..

3. Then you need the touchless faucet

4. Handsfree/touchless soap dispenser

5. Handsfree/touchless towel dispenser (you can find stainless out there)
or
The fashionable center lock racing towel dispenser

6. And while we are on a handsfree/touchless kick you might as well get the trash can too.

All in stainless too!!

Oh , if the sink is in a bathroom you know you also have to get:

1. CF toilet seat

2. Center pin racing toilet paper roll

3. The shifter plunger just in case!

4. Cf tissue dispenser

5. Strut tower bar towel rack

6. and eith the shifter or formula car coat rack for the back of the door.
