Any info on a Snap On SVS161?

Does anyone have any info on a Snap On SVS161? It is not the usual # for a 1/2" dr 12pt socket. I got this in a box of stuff from my father in law and was just interested to see what application it is intended for.

Possibly spark plug socket for heavy duty machine back in the days.

I assume you mean the "V" in the number. That means it is a non - warrantied tool, usually sold to the military in years past. It should be the same as a SFS161. I have several "V" coded items.

This is clearly a 1/2" drive socket. Snap On's 1/2" # configuration is not close to this sockets #'s.
