hello all. i am looking into building a really nice tool box. i am going with lots of Gray tools, Proto and O.T.C. i have seen the name Seattle Tools here and there, mainly at home depot they have a nice looking screwdriver set. can anyone give me some info on this brand.
I am going for Canadian or American made tools., mainly Gray tools because I am Canadian, but proud to spend my hard earned dollars on American made also. I read that Seattle is made in North America. can anyone confirm this.
Thank you

I've only seen Seattle Tool at a booth at a SEMA show several years ago, 2010-2011. Nothing was US or Canadian made. It was all Taiwan made tools. The company might be based in Canada but, that's it as far as I can remember. Some of it seemed nice but, you don't really know who's making it for them.

i used some of their tools at school (BCIT) and they are decent tools. the sockets have good fit and finish, the ratchets are good but have relatively high back drag.
