Any information on this tool roll?

Does anyone potential have any information on this old tool roll? Like when it would have been made, how much it would have cost, etc.?

I recently in herited this roll from my Grandpa when he passed away. He had it in every car. So I'm just wondering. I couldn't find anything on Google.

I seem to recall similar rolls being sold in local hardware store when I was a kid during 1970s my dad may have had a similar set.

Action Hot Forged was registered economy line of Thorsen sometime during 1960s or 1970s. See here

From a quick scan I believe they'd be early 1970s. I'll have to read that more thoroughly tomorrow.

"ACTION" was a second brand of Thorsen, as @cgrutt notes.
Exact same tools, different part numbers (all had an "A" at the end of the part number.)
