Any news on Ebay 2018 Coupons

Looking to pick up a few things on eBay. Any info on when they will have their next 10%-15% coupon.

Who's they? As of today, it's still the same as before. Ebay doesn't charge tax, it's the sellers that charge tax if the particluar seller is required to for your state.

As a seller, Ebay notified me a few months ago that a couple states are requiring them to collect taxes now and Ebay will be doing it automatically. I'm guessing the user you quoted lives in one of those states.

its typically end of the month and more common towards end of the quarter, that is how 2018 was.

I hadn't heard about the Ebay sales tax so I looked it up. Here are the current future states with mandatory Ebay sales taxes:
