Any one ever redone a Rockwell EFI-1 Drilling Machine?

Well I ran across a heavy duty Rockwell drilling machine at the local scrap yart. It is inside covered with cobwebs. I was thinking about asking them how much they want for it. But I wonder how big a project it would be to redo. Also I would need to get a 3 phase converter or something since I believe that is what it is.

I've never used that model, but I see them sell for $500 - $1000 in operating condition. It is a true industrial drill press. Adding a VFD is not a problem these days.
