any one help with info on Goodman unit?

looking at buying a heating and cooling out door unit that does it all.. just have to plumb it up. all i know about the one my buddy has is it works and its a Goodman PG036075-1AB-REV...

anybody help me out with size? how big of a area it covers? cant find anything on the interwebs.

"How big an area is covers" is marketing garbage. Tell us what you're trying to do, and the guys here can give you some idea of likely range.

3500sqft 3ton... even very well insulated it would be a stretch, I wouldn't consider it. Then again I wouldn't consider buying a used unit... you can buy a new proper sized unit delivered to your house precharged furnace and all for $2,500-3k Unless he is selling you this thing for $500 and you only need it to last 8 months till you sell the place, you are asking for problems....

I have a 4000 sq.ft. shop and it is moderately insulated with 18ft walls and I have (2) 5 ton Goodmans cooling it. That's a total of 10 tons and it can keep up most days, but if it goes over 100, I can't get it below 77.
