I want to run wire from my Manual Standby Gen Switch to the second Panel(main Panel). This would take Wires thru the Panel in between.

Are there any Code troubles I might run into ??

The wires going thru into the second panel will be a #10 Ground, #10 Neutral and 2-#8 wires.
Conduit will be 1" and a 3/4"..SEE PIC

Well, Actually the GENERATOR Manual Transfer Switch has a 30Amp Double Pole C/B and 4 single 20Amp.
The wires I want to connect the 30Amp to are #8 gauge and I think stock Wires will be too short. So, I figured I would stay with that gauge wire when I change them out of the Switch.( about a 2-3ft run )
I have Not actually received the Switch yet so, I do not know for Sure. I figured the 30Amp C/B would have #10 wire for the Neutral. Just getting My Ducks in a Row for when it Shows up.
Note: All the wires for the 20Amp C/B's will be going into the 1st panel then to a inside panel in House. Only the #30Amp wires and the Neutral and Ground will go to the 2nd outside panel. the 2nd Panel (Big one next to meter) is my Main Bonded Panel.
Also if I go in the gutter I fear ALL the wires will be too short.
