Any recommendations on Lower Garage Door Seal?

I have seen the Home Depot version that replaces the old one and a few catalog ones that glue to the floor.

Any preferences or install suggestions.

My foundation has tilted my garage floor and water creeps in during a huge rain downpour. I'm currently pumping the water out with a sump pump but my fear is that it will rain while I'm out of the house. It will fill up about 1 1/2 of water.

Please help...........my Camaro is drowning!

You can get a retainer that is u-shaped like this
http://www.action-ind.com/Retail/Weatherseals/bottom_seal.htm

On that page there is an L-shaped also disregard that. You take off the current retainer and cut the u-shaped where the floor begins to slope. It is about 3" tall and fit over the bottom of the door so you can angle it down to fit the slope in the floor. Make any sense, it is hard to describe in words. Then you slide in the new seal and it should seal a little better.

One thing to keep in mind is that the bottom retainer is not water tight so if you are getting running or standing water it really doesn't matter what you do it will still come in. If it is running in the stormshield like the above guy posted will probably help, it is expensive though.

Let me know if you need any help locating this stuff I can get it pretty reasonable.
