Might anyone know if these little plastic drawers (for those various hardware storage bench top cabinets ) are available anywhere ? I have a 25 year old unit and some of the drawers are damaged . Thanks for any leads. Shawn

Unless you can find them in a local thrift shop, garage sale, etc, you're probably going to be better off buying a new storage unit. Those plastic drawers do get brittle over time.

You all have captured my overall thoughts on this matter , so I'll keep my eyes open for some garage sale donors. My old case is in great shape aside from having 5 bad drawers.

I appreciate the responses!

There definitely are different profiles and sizes of drawers. I just threw away three housings and kept the drawers to go in one of my card file cabinets.

They are made by Akro-Mils, who appears to be alive and well and still cranking them out. They are on Amazon, HD and the usual suspects The web site is: akro-mils.com and the phone number is: 800-253-2467. You used to be able to order replacement drawers and packages of drawer dividers. I would guess you still can. Rather than playing hit or miss to find the size you need, go to the source. I have a whole bunch of those cabinets in various sizes. Measure your drawer and give 'em a call. They have been around forever.

I cleaned out a friends garage last year and came up with a bunch of those loose drawers in different sizes. Some were definitely better made than others. I strongly considered hanging on to some of them (just in case) but I think I sent them on to ReStore. I'll have to double check. There is also still more material to come out of that garage. If you let me know the size you need, I'll be happy to take a look.
