Any steel building owners here?

Nice to meet everyone,I'm a long time reader, first time poster.Just wondering if anyone here has or has had a steel building and used it as a home shop/ garage? I'm looking at putting up a 30x60 or a 40x60 and was wondering what others on this forum paid for such a building?Did you like it when you were done? would you build another?

I have a 60x60x16 (eave) steel building in my back yard that is an aircraft hangar, a shop, a storage area, a garage, and a general junk collection area. You can view my web pages that I posted during the construction of it in 1999-2000 for some info about it

I have alot more info I learned about steel building erection processes and details since then, as I discovered mistakes made in the erection of my building, I'll elaborate later, gotta run now.

I have a 34 x 50 with a 16' x 34' loft, 10' x 30' pole barn on the side, bedroom and full bath. It cost me $18,000 complete.

I thought about buying a kit and doing it myself but found that the prices for a complete site built building was so cheap it wasn't worth the effort.
