Hey everyone
I have had racedeck flooring in my garage for many years now and it looks pretty rough. I've built countless motorcycles an old jeep a few trailers etc on it. It's definitely served its purpose but is badly showing its use and abuse. My flooring is black and orange and even after being cleaned and wiped down with the restore still looks pretty rough. Just curious if there is a "miracle" method or chemical I can use to deeply clean the tiles? Most of my welding is done and my wife is on me to either get the floor cleaned up or replaced. I know if I replace it I will be more careful when welding and grinding on it. Most of the wear showing on my floor is from grinding. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

have you tried the renovator cleaner?

i bought the whole cleaning kit a few years back and one of the products worked wonders. can't remember which one, specifically, but i think it was the renovator and not the restore.

I was inthe same boat as you when I bought my race deck used from a friend. I ended up using a pressure washer to wash about 600 sq feet. It took me 2 days about 18 hours to get it totally clean. It was a ***** but looked great when I was done.

After I was done washing it I put it together and then applied the rejuvinate cleaner that they sell via race deck and buffed it into the flooring. There is NO WAY just using the rejuvinate it would come clean. here are some pics after I cleaned it.

You would think for what you have to pay for this stuff it would look better for longer. . . seems like you use it for a few years and it all goes to hell. I guess you can only expect so much from plastic.

I would say a pressure washer and some good degreaser is your best bet. Then something to get a bit of shine back in the plastic. If Racedeck sells something, their product is probably a safe bet.
