Any Tap and Die set recommendations

I want to add a nice SAE/metric tap and die set to my tool collection. Considering the kind of abuse the taps can take, I am a freak about quality so do want to get a high quality set. Once I boil it down, I will hunt down the best price. Mostly will use it for household type applications, maybe some automotive. Does anyone have any suggestions, experiences, recommendations, warnings??

I have a Mac tools set that I bought around 15 years ago. It looks like it is probably just a rebadged version of the Irwin 76 pc. kit. I have been VERY happy with it and it gets used several times at our shop every week. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I don't know much about them as I have all older Cman HSS sets, but the price seems pretty good. Whatever you get you'll want HSS. I bought my sets on Ebay many years ago, got them for half retail and they were still factory sealed.
