Any tips on improving HF 1500lb dolly?

putting together my new Harbor Freight 1500lb dollies, I came to the last bolt head and the cap came off along with the nut will not thread on any bolts.

I figured this would be a good time to replace the hardware with something better. I allready have to goto Home Depot in the morning and wondering if anyone new a good way to upgrade the hardware? also anything else i could look into doing to make sure these things last more then 5 seconds?

I also have to put together my 4 drawer cart tomorrow, so if anyone has tips on that or if i should go out and get anything before i start putting it together, please let me know.

In case anyone cares, I picked up 8 new SS 12mm-1.75 cap nuts from HD along with 8 new SS 12mm lock washers and some red loctite and hopefully improved the HF dolly a little bit. only thing i can think that might need replacing is the casters if they ****, but we'll see.

Suprman pull the wheels of the casters and clean and regrease them . This helps with the HF dollies.
