Its like a tool truck store. With good inventory and selection. Tons of SK in stock along with Gearwrench and other quality tools.

Went to O'Brien Tools in Cincy today.. When my son and I pulled up, the store was dead, looked inside and it looked like they had closed. So, we rang the number, "line disconnected...". So I got on my tablet, and the website was still up.. just about that time the owners pull up. Turns out they are moving to just around the corner and should reopen in March sometime. Apparently, their small location on Compton was too small, preventing shoppers from perusing the aisles to shop for tools.. I'm glad they're doing OK and moving to a larger location. We'll hit their store in March..

In the mean time, we hit a few other places while in Cincy.. including a HL that had a nice stock of Man Cave items (some that the store close to us on the South Side of Indy) didn't have..

I am new to this post and I actually work with the guy who owns Obrien tools. He is waiting on them to put new flooring in. He is an ex cornwell dealer so he has a variety of tools sk, gearwrench, and he can get pretty much anything you need

Good deal. I'm not really "looking" for anything specific.. just a shopper. If you run into him you might mention that some folks are looking for some details when his shop will be reopening..and get that out via GJ or on his home website..

Thanks for jumping in with your first post to GJ!

I've been to o'Brien a few times, a cool little place but yes very cramped. Ted's pawn in Norwood also has a decent selection of high end tools.

I went to his website yesterday, seems it is down and or he's not paid his bill / let the domain expire.

I'll dig up his email to me and hit him up again personally. I'm anxious to see his new shop and spend some $$. I hope the demise of the website isn't a precursor for demise of his business.....
