Any worries about doing a pole barn for a garage?

Here's my dilema. I want to build a 36x42x14 shop. For where I live. if the SF exceeds 1008ft I'll need to do 42' trench footings (extra cost of concrete). If I build a pole barn, no extra cost of concrete. I plan on building either one myself, my last shop I built was a 24x30x14 stick build garage. Awesome shop but I out grew it pretty fast.

What's everyone thoughts? Should I be afraid of pole barn post decaying over time? I know I could install perma columns. Or bite the bullet and do stick build and pay the extra in concrete trench footings? Plan on insulating and heating the shop whether it's stick or pole barn building.

What are your plans for insulating and finishing on the walls. The extra work to finish the inside of the pole barn might offset alot of the cost of the extra concrete.

I plan on framing the inside with 2x4 studs and the rolled insulation. Blown-in insulation in the ceiling. Not sure if going insulate the whole structure right at the beginning but most likely by the end it'll be fully insulated.
