Anybody have problems with AirHoseSupply.com?

I placed an online order from this company (may also be listed as Alamo Hose) on August 5. I got an email acknowledgement right away but have never heard a word since. I have emailed them twice since and tried calling them 3 times and had to leave a voicemail message since no one answered.

Anyone here have any knowledge of this company. I am fine cancelling the order for air lines and all the brass fittings but don't want to finally receive it after purchasing elsewhere. I have not found any charges to my credit card so far.

Strange...I just tried typing that in and got directed to 'Fittings and Adapters.com'. Based out of Las Vegas.

Yes they are in Vegas. The phone greeting says Half price fittings or something similar. They probably operate under several entities. I am fine with canceling the order but I can't find a way to contact them.

Print a letter cancelling the order because they didnt fill the order. Sign it. State :sent via US mail and email" on the top of the letter.

Send it to them. retain a copy.

Order elsewhere.

If they ship, refuse receipt- and/or contest any charges with your CC company. Using the copy of the cancellation letter.

Thanks for the advice, I will do that today. I was curious whether anyone else had dealt with them plus wanted to do a PSA so rest of you all can avoid them.
