Hello everyone. I'm in the research phase of refinishing my garage floor that is badly pitted and was wondering if it would be better to just tile the floor instead of doing concrete repairs and epoxy. Anyone here have any experience with Supratiles from Armorpoxy? Was looking on their site and the FAQ does't seem to work. Can't get the "+" to tick to expand FAQ categories to read them. Had some questions if anyone can chime in here including the AP rep if he/she's around.
Do any repairs need to be done prior to installing the tiles? Here is a few pics of my garage.

I have some concerns about water, roadsalts and dirt getting trapped under the tiles. I assume the floor should be still be cleaned, possibly grinded and resealed to prevent any further deterioration of the concrete. Are these concerns founded? Are there any other considerations?
Also, can these tiles be cut easily without buying the $700 dollar tile cutter?
Can I also assume that the 40% GJ discount is only for the coatings and not the tiles?
