That is a BEAST! At first glance, I'd guess it's a Buffalo Forge drill press.

Seeing that the OP is from Brazil that machine could be anything. Look at the switch base, not very American looking. I'm guessing eastern European.

Its been bodged up a bit, switch needs to go, the handles have been welded on to the hub.
Probably a pretty decent drill if nothing important is broken.

With all the answers I decided to buy it. As soon as possible more photos and informations about the drill. I think it deserve a better retirement. Thanks a lot .
