Izzy Swan made a wooden pallet breaker that's really simple. He sells plans but I'm sure you could figure it out / fudge some dimensions from the video if you don't want to buy them. Not much to it really.

Appears to work pretty well.

Thanks for the video, I'll have to check it out. I have 7 pallets to break down. The first pallets I tried several months ago ended up breaking instead of coming apart.

If you have a welder, all you need is some tube steel and a couple pieces of short angle. Check out You Tube.

I was thinking about making one too awhile back but not having access to a welder I never got around to it. Check out eBay there's a few "homemade" ones on there.
