That style has shown up on here before, although I don’t remember the details. There’s a thread around a restoration of one, IIRC, that had information about the maker, possibly with copies of original sales literature.

Can anyone identify this old cart?
Picked this up last year at an auction on the cheap and stuck it in the corner until recently. The cart spent it’s life in a factory that produced screws, and it was there for a good long while. It was filthy rotten disgusting, covered in cosmoline and grease, which in reality kept it from...

I have seen a couple of those carts in parts of old factories that have not been remodeled yet. They are never in as good condition as in Mintgrun’s picture.
They usually get thrown away when the factory gets remodeled.
I think that it would be worth the $100. I would try to offer $75-$80, and see if they would go for that.

It's definitely an industrial maintenance cart of some kind. The end caps with small parts storage and large wheels for uneven flooring don't show up in any searches, though.
