Here are mine, bought with paper route money. Something like $8 per set at S.S. Kresge (remember them?) in Edmonton, Alberta in 1954. Was the beginning of better things to come.

Mine is a Union,

Uncle Louie got it from a apprentice ship program in Philly during the war effort. It was issued by the government. He then gave it to my dad who then passed it on to me.
